DESCRIPTION:The UM Center for Community Engagement is hosting this year's MLK Day of Service. On this day\, students\, faculty\, and staff will join forces alongside community members as voluntary participants in service projects throughout the Oxford/Lafayette area. Through active participation in the community and intentional relationship building\, the MLK Day of Service seeks to continue Rev. Dr. King's legacy of love\, service\, and community. Lunch and a T-shirt will be provided to the first 100 volunteers.
