Ribbon Cutting at Nails & Couture

Nails & Couture Oxford invites you to attend their Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, hosted by the Oxford Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, on Friday, February 14th at 11am as they celebrate their One Year Anniversary and re-branding.  There will be chocolate covered strawberries, beverages, and giveaways!
